In this class we're orienting to our backbody, our back of head, ribs, hips, legs, feet. Our awareness could also be on our spine, which is further back than midline. This practice helps us stay with our body and our nervous system as we move through the world. This is a practice of embodiment as we move through our practice and poses.
Living Yoga - Focus & Rhythm
This class offers repetition to find your unique rhythm through the poses with a reminder of the soft focus our practice cultivates.
