Living Yoga

Living Yoga is a weekly livestream asana (posture) yoga class offered on Thursdays 8:30-9:30 am PT. (In September we will begin classes Tuesdays 3:45-4:45 pm PT, too)

We use this physical practice to help our body/mind increase flexibility, strength, harmony and resilience.

This is an evolving practice to help us keep living as vibrant, embodied and flexible as we are able. Throughout our practice we are attuning to our true nature, which is the heart of asana yoga practice. 

Through our living practice, we are able to live in our bodies (I know, but often we don’t), and increase our capacity for both joy and discomfort. 

We increase our body-mind’s ability to move, feel better, and relate more authentically both internally and externally. 

Active – For beginning/intermediate students

Go Slow

Go Slow is a monthly healing movement class offered once a month on last Monday of the month (unless holiday) from 5:30-6:30 pm PT. (In September, we will begin Gentle Stretch classes Tuesdays 3:00-3:30 pm PT)

This practice is designed to allow your system to find regulation and healing rhythms and wisdom within.

Practice gentle, embodied movement and awareness to slow down and heal on deep physical and energetic levels. 

You literally can do this practice on your couch or in your bed. 

This slow practice uses simple props, light movement, stretching, breathing practices, and restorative yoga poses to allow your body time to ingrate life. 

These easy to learn techniques and practices offer you a calm, settled space to receive much needed nourishment. 

Gentle – For all students

Sacred Moves

Sacred Moves is offered once a month on the 2nd Sunday of the month from 9:00-10:00 am PT. 

Here we embrace the paradox of being both human and spirit beings.

This sacred practice assists us in connecting to the life force (spirit), our source, which resides both in and around each and everyone of us. 

We are physical humans and spiritual beings. As the energy on our planet shifts, the veils between this separation in thinning. 

Join us to learn ways to integrate more of your own spirit into your life. We are living in extraordinary times, often stressful, yet in ways, quite magical. Learn to balance your way between these worlds.

Yes, of course. You will have access through the rest of the month that you purchased. There are no monthly minimums beyond the one month purchase. 

Videos are not downloadable at this time. As long as you are a member, you have unlimited access. 

There will be recordings available of all classes 24-48 hours after the live session. As long as your membership is current, you may view them as often as you like.
