Somatic Movement Medicine

Movement Medicine is offered weekly on Mondays from 8:30 – 9:15 am PT. 

This weekly class is a 45 minute gentle movement class to improve function and awaken areas of our bodies that have been injured or have simply ‘gone offline.’ 

We work with our motor and sensory nervous systems to improve our conscious awareness of movement and function. 

As we age, or through injuries, we lost access to movement that we are still able to achieve, but we have lost the connections through our nervous system. 

Give yourself the gift of rejuvenation through these simple movements that are gentle enough you may just want to practice them daily.

Living Yoga

Living Yoga is a weekly livestream asana (posture) yoga class offered on Tuesdays 11:30-12:30 am PT and Thursdays 8:30-9:30 am PT.

We use this physical practice to help our body/mind increase flexibility, strength, harmony and resilience.

This evolving practice to help us keep living as vibrant, embodied and flexible as we are able. Throughout our practice we are attuning to our true nature, which is the heart of asana yoga practice. We are increasing our capacity for both joy and discomfort. 

As we increase our body-mind’s ability to move, feel better, and relate more authentically both internally and externally.

Active – For beginning to intermediate students

Go Slow

Go Slow is a healing movement class offered occasionally to assist nervous system and mental health

This practice is designed to allow your system to find regulation and healing rhythms and wisdom within.

Practice gentle, embodied movement and awareness to slow down and heal on deep physical and energetic levels. 

You literally can do this practice on your couch or in your bed. 

This slow practice uses simple props, gentle movement and stretching, breathing practices, and restorative yoga poses to allow your body time to ingrate life. 

These easy to learn techniques and practices offer you a calm, settled space to receive much needed nourishment.

In Opening Spaces’s H.E.A.L. Portal, you receive weekly recorded insights, teachings, healing and movement practices to Heal, Evolve, Awaken, to Love.

Yes, of course. You will have access through the rest of the month that you purchased. There are no monthly minimums beyond the one month purchase. 

Videos are not downloadable at this time. As long as you are a member, you have unlimited access. 

There will be recordings available of all classes the live session. As long as your membership is current, you may view them as often as you like.
